I am a Trainee teacher at Bethlehem Teritary Institute. Last year I was tutoring students from 3pm till 6pm in Otumoetai, but we have since moved to Maungatapu and this is too far away for students to travel! I need a garage, basement room, lounge or even a room in a house where I can teach from 3-6pm Monday to Thursday. I am looking to pay $35-80 however this website won't except this price and so I have put $100
