Fully furnished house or appartment in Mt Maunganui / Papamoa Beach /long-term

In the end of september 2011 we (2 persons) will be arriving in Tauranga looking to rent a house or appartment for approximately 1 year (long-term), which is the time frame we plan on living in New Zealand since we're originally from Sweden.

We will be working and studying in New Zealand. Our preferences would be a house in Mt Mangaunui or Papamoa Beach , 2 bedrooms, fully furnished, $300-400 weekly rent.
