I am looking to relocate from the rural property I have been in for the last 14 months back into the suburbs as I need something a little closer to 'town' due to an increase in travel in my work.
I am looking for a long term lease on a property in Te Atatu Sth/ Glen Eden/ New Lynn or similar, basically somewhere safe area for a woman living alone. I am flexible on price somewhat depending on the location and condition of the property.
I have a dog so need something with a medium sized yard as he is an outside dog, only coming in at night to sleep (makes me feel safe this way) , he stays on his mat when inside, and is fully toilet trained etc.
I am very house proud, pay rent on time, and looking for a place to call home for at least the next 12 months.
