We are a professional family with three school age children and an outside well behaved pedigree Boxer. We are searching for a long term rental property - preferably with some grazing or land for our wee herd of cows and sheep - within the Rodney area- Children attend Kaipara Flats Primary school. We are very clean and tidy but have no references as are selling our own property and have been owner occupiers for all our lives!
We prefer open spaces and not ready to make the move into suburbia yet! We are garden lovers - have our own ride on lawn mower and are willing to look after your special place or even manage or your property if need be!
