Professional Houseproud family, renting for past five years now sadly have to move on as landlord is selling, we want a garden, we have no pets and we are non smokers. Treated our rental like it was our own, looking to rent long term as we still have a property abroad which we currently rent out, so not looking to buy at the moment.
