3 Pros looking for a property in multiple areas.

WARNING: There have been a few scammers asking to be paid through Western Union for bond. Do not pay a cent until you have physically been inside the rental property and made sure it's legitimate.

Our landlord is moving in, so we are urgently looking for a new home for 2x 32 males and 1x 25yo female. All pros with a household income circa 200k.

Areas: Northcote/Birkenhead/Chatswood Glenfield/Forrest Hill Forrest Hill/Milford/Takapuna/Hauraki

Basically any property that is serviced by the Northcote Rd on-ramp or south. Two of us work over the bridge.

Requirements: 3+ Double bedrooms (A 4th bedroom need not be double as it will be used as a study) 2+ Bathrooms 3+ Off street parking Garage is a big bonus

Budget: We are looking in the $400-600 range, but are prepared to pay up to 700 for a 4+ bedroom as long as the owner does not have a problem with us interviewing a 4th tennant. We will pay for quality if we see it, and want one room as a spare ideally.
