Professionals looking for a family home in the Browns Bay Primary School Zone.
We have good references and have rented in the local area for 3.5 years. We are looking for a long term rental with a 1 year contract initially and if all is well we would want to stay on in the property.
We would consider a 2 bedroom property which is priced up to $360 per week or a 3+ bedroom up to $460 per week.
Our current contract expires on the 12th June 2011 and we would be ready to take up a property any time after this date.
Reasons for move: Not happy with the school local to the curent property and want our daughter to be enrol at Browns Bay Primary ready for when she turns 5.
Conditions: We do have a well behaved and house trained cat. I am a teacher and sometimes take up a homestay when needed. However, this would not be the case if we were renting a 2 bed place as there would be no spare rooms.
We would be happy to meet up with any potential landlords at our current rental if we wanted to go ahead, this would give you peace of mind and show to you that we are good tenants.
