Young family with 2 children under 3 are seeking a modern, warm home with a minimum of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Some PREFERENTIAL requirements are as follows.
-Min 4 beds
-2 bathrooms, with at least 1 bath
-2 living areas
-Modern kitchen with dishwasher, gas or hallogen stove
-Internal access laundry and garage
-Plenty of storage - we are very active with sports!
-FULLY fenced garden, safe for very small children, preferably flat, and easy to maintain.
I have very bad allergies and also with small children we need the house we find to be well insulated and FREE of any mould or damp.
This may sound a bit picky but we are willing to pay good money and will look after the property very well as if it were our own on a long term basis. Can pay up to $600p/w for the right home.
