My name is Tess, I am a 28 year old solo mother with a 2 year old daughter and am currently living in a two bedroom flat in Albany which I have to vacate by 4th of July 2011 as the owners are moving back in. I have always been a good tenant paying my rent on time and quiet and tidy. I require somewhere hopefully quiet as like to get to bed early when I can. We are reliable and friendly. I want somewhere long term that I don't have to move out of again for a while. Anywhere on the North Shore is fine but preferably around Albany/Glenfield/Milford/Takapuna.
