Combined water tap in the bathroom is essential (ie. mixing hot and cold water)

Bed, study table and chair, washing machine, refrigerator ,laundry dryer must be available.
Quiet professional female, extremely reliable on paying rent on time. Clean and tidy. Part time studies so very quiet. Travels out often as family and friends mostly in the city and in East Auckland. Possibility of travelling overseas for a few weeks every 1/4 year.
I work in Albany but anywhere in the north shore with driving travel time up to 15minutes is not a problem
No pets and kids.
Willing to pay $250-300 or more depending on quality of accommodation.
