I am looking for a 2 or 3br home on enough land for my grandchildren to play. Looking for a very long term lease with the only out being my demise.!!! I cannot pay a big rent but I can assure an owner rent will be paid every time on time, and the house will be as good or better when the owner gets it back. I need somewhere safe as I am 70 and on my own. This request may be wishful thinking in a number of ways but who knows. Would also consider a rent to buy option with settlement up to 3 years when money owed to me is returned. House price for rent to buy no more than $220,000
