WANTED: 2 Bedroom, $300-$350 rent, urgently!

Looking for a 2 bedroom rental around Botany and Howick region or thereabouts. I would prefer it to have a closed garage and safe for kids. I'd like to emphasize that rent payment or any payments of the sort will be GUARANTEED and hence no need to worry about late rent payment. The property will be well looked after and we will always keep the landlord informed in the most convenient of times of any problems that might arise.

My name is Marvin Randle and I am a 21 year old University student with a partner and two kids. I am currently in my 3rd year of Bachelor of Engineering. I am very organised and my little family is very tidy.
